Collective Worship

The school holds daily assemblies in a variety of forms and each term assemblies have a particular theme. Guest Speakers are also invited.

MONDAY – Whole School Assembly

TUESDAY – KS1 and KS2 Assembly

WEDNESDAY – Class led Assemblies or Class Assembly/Time for Reflection

THURSDAY - Class Assembly/Time for Reflection

FRIDAY – Celebration Assembly or Class Assembly/Time for Reflection

The children look forward to celebration assemblies as they find out who has achieved an award for a wide variety of reasons. Awards can be given for educational progress, sporting achievement or displaying good citizenship within the school. All year groups celebrate excellence and the efforts of the children are rewarded.

Parents/carers have a right to withdraw their child from an assembly and lessons in Religious Education (1996 Education Act). Should you wish to withdraw your child, please do so in writing to the Headteacher.
